Ashbourne Town Council's annual fireworks display and funfair is on tonight.

The fair opens at 5pm and carries on for as long as there are enough paying customers.

The fireworks are at 7:30 and last for about 25 minutes. It's worth the effort to come to the rec for the crowds and atmosphere but there is also a great view from Derby Road.

This year is promising 4 big rides for thrill-seekers and and 5 smaller rides for younger children. Come and be amazed at what can be squeezed into the Pavilion car park. The picture below really was in Ashbourne in 2022!!
