Wyaston Village Hall

Situated 2 miles south of Ashbourne and 100 yards from The Shire Horse Public House, Wyaston Village Hall is an ideal venue for parties, functions, and numerous activities.
It is centrally heated and has a spacious surfaced car park with full disabled access to the hall, toilets and amenities with the benefit of an external defibrillator. The Hall has an extensive and fully fitted kitchen with two counter shutters and door access to the main Hall The hall is licensed for 300 persons and has an integral bar area. It has seating for 150 people and can accommodate 100 table diners. Chairs and tables are provided.
A smaller meeting/committee room can hold 20 people seated at desks.
Outside there is a large well maintained flat lawned area for marquees or outdoor games.
There is a defibrilator on the wall outside.
Current regular bookings include
- Baby and Toddler group every Wednesday 9:30 till 11:30 (term time only).
- The woodwork club holds its monthly meeting here.
- The U3A do Qigong three times a month on a Thursday morning.
- The U3A choir alternate Thursday afternoons.
- The U3A Canasta group alternate Wednesday afternoons.
- The U3A science group once a month on the last Thursday morning.
