Intimate class sizes mean that you can receive valuable instruction along your yoga journey. I offer classes for all abilities, with every class being a mixed ability class. For learners who don't feel comfortable in a group or class environment, or would rather have a more personal session, I can offer individual classes which are tailored to suit your needs.
