Ashbourne Heritage Society

Ashbourne Heritage Society aims to promote, research, publicise any aspect of the history and heritage of Ashbourne and the surrounding area. We see heritage as a much wider subject than just local history.

We offer an annual programme of heritage-related lectures and we organise visits to historic buildings and sites of interest, both local and further afield. In the past these have included trips to the 13th century church of St Mary & St Barlok, Norbury, Kew Palace, Blenheim Palace, and an annual local walk.

We also participate in local exhibitions and events.
